Born in Zagreb, Aba finished School of Art and Design in Zagreb and graduated at the TTF. Because of the love of fashion, she enrolled in the University Profokus, department of fashion design clothes, which she's attending today. Her collection was presented at several shows and contests where she won many prizes. At the Zagreb Fashion Week she first appeared in the 2010. in the Pret-a-design.

About collection:

Abe Tomičić’s collection S / S 2012 is described as a living and urban developed in cooperation with the Croatian established interior painter Irina Balen Garland. Her work has inspired prints that are the basis of the collection. Irina Balen Garland from Zagreb completed Diplomatic course for the cultural attaché, after which she lived in London where she graduated from the University of the Arts & Design. Part of her life she spent in America and the Netherlands, where in 1994.  she was awarded for achievements in painting and Dutch citizenship from Dutch Queen Beatrix. Together with Aba Tomičić  Irena will show theirs  s/s 2012 collection on Dreft Fashion Week.

Ana Cavar, graduated at TTF in „Design and Clothes and Textile projection“, is a member of fashion studio „Artidjana“. She has presented her collections on couple of independent shows at Zagreb's Puppet Theatre, FWZ, „Fashion Closet“ and „Golden Needle“. She is also envolved in costumes for many shoes in theaters all over Croatia. Studio Artidjana has won People's Choice Award at 7th FWZ and “Manda“ prize at 8th FWZ. Ana has been representing her studio Artidjana on DFWZ for many seasons.

About collection:

Collection for spring-summer 2012. is characterized by predominantly dark colors with lighter details. It consists of trousers, tunics and dresses and is a combination of punk and elegance.

1995.  opened her fashion studio and in past she had many fashion collaborations with well known fashion designers. In 2003. she established her own fashion label and since then she create only day and cocktail dresses. Irena’s collection can be found in boutique in Zagreb and across the Croatia.  She leads to a philosophy of  wearable dresses that can be worn by skinny girls and women with curves and because of that Irena is worshiped on the Zagreb fashion scene.

About collection:

Irena likes to combine materials, mainly used viscose. She loves the playfulness and wearability with lifetime. In the upcoming DFWZ  she will show a mini collection and the best-selling dresses. The designer is currently working on a new project, creating an entirely new brand called "I Hope" which is a synonym for the modern woman who exudes faith and positive attitude. The project contains a humanitarian touch.

The work of academy sculptor and self-educated fashion wizzard Ivana Popović is hard to valorise trough conventional fashion values. Ignorant observer will feel that Ivana denies fashion trough her work but everyone that places her work in fashion frames – is simply  wrong. It is, in fact, a artistic concept of her vision on a classical term – wearing clothes. Ivana mocks this idea and those who put concept of dressing on a expertise level and rocket science. This designer, born in Zagreb, is a sculptor who found the media of her work in human body and around it. She plays with fabrics. Imaginative performaces of their shows are already became legendary so this is definetly a fashion „must“ for all fashion lovers.

About collection:

For season s/s 2012 Ivana is preparing big suprise and something really special. Her models will be accompanied by members of music band Let3, but they won't only preform, they will also have role of models.

Sisters from Zagreb, Maja i Petra Špoljar after School of Textile Art have finished Faculty of Textile and Technology in Zagreb. During their carieer they have won many domestic fashion awards of which we need mark competition Young! Creative! Chevrolet! 2009 on which they have won first award. Also, they representCroatia on global competition in Berlin where they won third award in fashion category.

About collection:

Eco conscious collection named "Fasten yourself" based on inovativity is for educated and modern young persons. They found great conection between something old and sometnig new so they used old car seatbelts from recycle center. Beside clothes they made accesoiress and bags.

Designer Mara Miloglav Moretić from Dubrovnik graduated from Faculty of Textile and Technology. She lives and works on relation Dubrovnik-Zagreb. From 2009 she is showing her collections on Dreft Fashion Week Zagreb. She was winner of "Pret-a-design" competition for best upcoming hope for her autumn/winter 2010 collection. Beside fashion desiggn, she works costumes for histrionics.

About collection::

Colors are black and beige with red details. Collection is named "Bunny hop. Designer finds her inspiration in "Bugs bunny" so main pattern used is bunny pattern. Beside that, she use letter M as detail throught whole collection. Bows, ribbons, embroideries, lace and the wrinkles are also important elements that make up the collection, thereby creating a rhythm, dynamics, and playfulness.

After finishing  the School of Applied Art Direction textiles - visual technician flatbed design Milena Rogulj graduate design at the Faculty of Textile Technology in Zagreb, clothing design – textile design engineer. Her collection is now represented in many cultural and fashion events. And she is proud of hers collaboration with London photographer Peer Lindgreen.

About collection:

The collection, which will be presented at DFWZ consists of mainly winter garments such as jackets, vests, hats with cheerful colors and warm fabrics.

This Designer, born in Germany, graduated Tekstile School for Fashion Design, „Construction and Costimografy“ at Profocus in Zagreb, but she lives and work in Vrbovec.  So far she has presented herself on numerous shows during her education : Fashion Lizzard in Varazdin, Fashion Mermaid in Opatija, and she has shows twice a year at FWZ, since 2006. In the beginning she started on FWZ as a young designer but now for the fifth time she will go independetly.

About collection: The collection consists evening cocktail dresses sewn of breezy georgette slim, muslin and silk. The collection is dominated by olive green color. With accent on decorative details like belts around the waist, decorative accessories in the shoulders, the edges with a hand reticulated decorative ribbons that weave and make up some kind of fabric that gives the uniqueness of the whole model.

Toni Carić – Rico, croatian fashion designer enrolled Faculty od Textile Technology in Zagreb, after finishing high school on island of Hvar. Currently he is preparing his Masters in „Clothing creation“ with subject „Collection for sad moments“. He became familiar to fashion public in 1999, when he presented his first collection of footweare. In year 2003 Toni opened his exclusive store on Hvar, and two years later he finally presented his first collection for men. Today, he is one of a few male designers who creates male clothes. The base of his work is mostly on artistic research of traditional man clothes.

This season, Toni is very misterious and he won't tell us a bit, so we are looking forward to see what he prepared for s/s 2012.
